1 . 2 Introduction
This paper reveals the conclusions of a study to evaluate the influencing factors and effect on organizational framework. Organizations happen to be founded by simply groups of people with the purpose of reaching effects that one person cannot achieve separately. As the effect, improved results are being received in the firm which blows organization to achieving a few organizational desired goals. To achieve these goals businesses create internal order and relations between organizational parts that can be identified as organizational structure.
This newspaper is targeted to that market from the background of industrial and business management. The variables studied were identified from among the factors considered in contingency theory and by incorporating elements of the strategic choice approach.
This research is done on scientific approach. The info collection is carried out thru study by questionnaires and research is done was analyzed employing multivariate evaluation in order to be familiar with outcome from the research.
1 . 3 Brief Summary
The factors that influence an organizational structure are usually divided into two main elements. These factors which decide the framework, aims and activities from the organization may be grouped in to external factors and interior factors. Exterior factors will be those factors which are out of control but it influences the composition and progress the 3
firm. These include economical factors which usually define the economic situation wherever production and processing take place, socio-economic factors that define the socioeconomic framework in which the corporation operates; and political-administrative factors which define the legal boundaries and organizational alternatives. Internal elements are all those organizational features which produce a basis to get measuring and comparing organizations. These include mission statement with the organization and organizational instruments.
The influencing factors that have been considered from this study happen to be among the elements described by contingency theory, and by combining elements of the strategic decision approach. Many authors possess noted the impact of these elements and elements on organizational structures. Without a doubt, in response to different environmental conditions, the company structure is usually conditioned simply by decisions regarding the internal company level in general and designed variables in particular (centralization, formalization and control), both of that happen to be governed simply by organizational leaders' perceptions and preferences in response to exterior factors. There are several factors taken into account in this research which are Decentralization of decision making, Marketing concerns, Liberalization in the economy, Consumer interaction, Accelerating competition and Value of innovation.
